Default D4 won't light on dash and no console lights.

I have a 01 Accord EX A/T 2.3L that has the D4 light out on the dashboard and on the console shift, there are no lights illuminating for any of the gears. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. All fuses checked good. Is there possibly a connector under the console that is disconnected?

It may even be the bulbs; but, you can check that the connector is tight under the console too.

To remove the gauge cluster to check the individual D4 bulb (it's part of that column of 7 bulbs, reverse side of gauge), see here:

For floor shifter connector and bulb, see these:

Default Finally fixed

Well I had to order the bulb replacement from the Honda dealer and it was only $6 or so. I had to completely disassemble the instrument panel to replace it though. I will note that to get at the bulb itself, all the gauges that are held onto the circuit board with two tangs (that are bent over) had to be pulled so you can get the circuit board separated from the housing and get access to the bulb. The bulb itself is small and plugs right onto the board with the two little posts. Re-assembled everything and my D4 light works great now!
