I have a 2003 Honda Accord ex and all trouble lights on the dash or on. Check engine, airbag, brake, tcs and all other lights are on. How can I get this to clear up. I have replaced fuses and disconnected the battery for a few hours and nothing seems to work. Any info would be greatly appreciated

 

If you have a volt meter, what is the voltage on the battery?
