Im looking for a DIY for a 97 accord automatic LX that covers remote start and or keyless entry systems.

i searched but didnt find anything specific.

 

Careful remote starts can be tricky I know plenty of mechanics that work in the field that don't mess with them. Ran into this when I got my own installed in my '09. There are a lot of Wally Mart 59.00 remote starters out there that don't come with any safety features such as engaging your starter accidentally when the car is already running. Good luck but in my opinion it was something better left to a company in the biz. Oh...love mine going on 4 years now.

 

yah, well even if it take it somewhere id still like to know what they intend to do. im one of "those guys"
