Default Dead battery...

The battery recently went dead on my 2005 Honda Accord Ex and i tried to jump it off but when the jumper cables got contact, the alarm started going off. Is there any way i can get around that or what do i have to do? Thanks

hook up the cables and turn off the alarm with the key fob.

So all i have to do is when the alarm starts going off, then hit the panic button on the key pad and then the alarm should go off. Correct

I think the unlock button, but I can't be sure since I had an aftermarket alarm and autostarter on mine when I got it ..... some systems want you to lock and unlock 5 times to reset the system.

sometimes using the fob doesn't work. you can put the key in the door and unlock it manually to shut it off.

^^^ He'd know!!! That would never work for my Accord since it had an aftermarket security system.
