Default Deep scratch

Dunn Tire scratched up my door (they claim they didn't), and now I have some very long, very deep scratches running down my passenger door. It's only the part of the door that sticks out - the door guard or whatever the proper term for it is.

Would touch up paint work on something like this? Or is it just too much to even bother with trying?

Does anyone have any experience with this? Just wondering what my options are because it looks terrible.

I included a pic, the scratches extend pretty much down the whole door and they're too deep to just buff out. (Pic needs to be rotated 90 degrees....sorry)

I fixed some really obnoxious chips and scratches in a BMW hood once using touchup, and a product called Langka... don't know if they still make it (Oh yes, they do LANGKA Paint Chip and Scratch Repair), anyway, it came out really nice (brand new car, I mean like a week old, and a rock fell off a truck dented and scratched. I had the dent pushed out, and I used touch-up & langka and some elbow grease). It looks fine.

I'd give it a try.
