Desperate for help with 91' honda accord
#2
A picture or description would help. There are so many vacuum hoses on the engine I don't know how to help you. And if you just had to replace one, that shouldn't be too hard to find.

There should be a vacuum routing diagram under the hood of the car.
If it's missing, try going to autozone.com and looking up vacuum diagram for 90 Accord.
You could also download one of the 90-93 Accord manuals from the Online Manuals DIY links.
good luck

Your signature says that you have a 90 accord, but you said that is a 91. Fix signature if that is the case.
The brake issue is likely a leaking master cylinder internally externally. Check the brake fluid level. If it is ok, then I would replace or rebuild the master cylinder. There is a DIY writeup about it.
Your D4 light flashing means that the transmission computer is detecting a problem and set a code. Get that code and post it on here. If your car is a 91, follow the instructions in the link below. Use a thin paperclip or thin wire to short the connector. Count the D4 light flashes to get the tranny code. Also count the check engine light flashes (if any).
