I'd tell you IF I was a Honda expert, but, I'm not. So, I'd recommend you google Honda accord and I'm sure you'll see a site that explains the differences in the model years you mention.

To be sure, the '03, '04, '05 are all of the 7th generation ('03-'07) of Accords. Perhaps there's an Edmonds site that will give you more details. Again...just google, until someone here jumps in with their thoughts.

What country do you reside? As other Accords in countries other that U.S. are sometimes different. For example, we don't have turbo diesel Accords, etc. in the U.S.

In the U.S., the 2003 - 2005 Accord are pretty much the same. Earlier 7th generation Accords 4 cylinders (2003 - 2005) didn't have drive-by-wire throttle system.

Later 7th generation Accord 4 cylinders (2006 - 2007) had drive-by-wire.

2003 - 2007 V6 Accords had drive-by-wire.

In 04 XM radio was added, then in 05 the tail lights changed from red and clear, to all red. Not much changed at all.
