Default door lock
i have a 2006 accord,i have been having issues with the remote key intermittent failure. It randomly works. sometimes i'm able to lock the doors using the remote but unable to unlock and sometimes it doesnt work at all.i have changed the battery, i even got a new key fob and programmed it but nothing has changed. Also the key only locks/unlocks the driver door manually even after turning the key twice to lock/unlock. I have changed the driver door lock mechanism and actuator. Please HELP

Sounds like a possible issue with the driver's door multiplex control unit (mcu), which is integrated as part of the driver's door master switch.
