97 accord four door. The door lock on the rear door behind the driver does not open using the electric locks and will not pull up. After cycling the electric locks many times it may start to work but will always stop working after not being used. The remainder of the locks work. Simple fix? I hope.

Could be an actuator, or something is somehow just frozen up in there. The only way to find out is to take off the door panel and look at it. Not too complicated once you get the panel off. Clearance is the hard part and getting the panel on & off can be tough.
