I've read thru a few forums about this topic, and I've had the actuators changed, the switch is functioning (multimeter tested) and checked the fuses under the dash. Is there a relay for the door locks?

 

If no door locks are working, the door multiplex control unit is faulty or not properly connected. Has someone removed door panel recently perhaps?

If you want to diagnose your problem, a Honda Shop Manual is essential. There are several pages of diagnostics for the keyless/power door locks/security system.

Another option might be to purchase a used part to replace yours. Check car-part.com for a used part for your car.
