Just found out that the CAR KEY for my 2005 Accord EX is functioning well except for the panic button. When the panic button is pressed, nothing happened. No BEEP. It's a trouble when parking in a big lot.

Any clues to repair it or do I have to bring it to the honda dealship?

I think you have to hold it down for a couple of seconds(not sure if you tried thst or just pressed it)

 

trust me. I knew how to use a panic button. No matter how the button is treated (pressed, hold, etc), it didn't give out a single beep.
