I think what these folks are doing is taking the brake "assembly" - trailing arm + knuckle + bearing + rotor + caliper - off a similar-year junk yard Accord EX. and installing it on their brake-drum cars.
Actually, if I could find parts cheap enough, I'd do this job myself. I think the rear drum brakes on our Accord are not very good. If the Accord has a weakness, they are it.
