230whp? thats asking alot, thats going to require some nitrous, turbo, or a motor build. You can't gain that much with just bolt ons.

150 does seem a bit low for a h22 with bolt ons though. What bolt ons do you have?

I made 191whp with my h22.

 

yea 153 is low headers cold air thats it.also the injectors an fuel pump need to be replaced power steering and ac are still intact witch im pulling so there more HP there.as far as a rebuild goes im thinking sleeve high compression pistons an some new rods

 

also it was my first run on the dyno so yea it still needs some tweaks
