Unhappy ecu malfunction after running over rock

Hello, I have a 2002 Honda accord v6 auto 2 door coupe. I'm baffled at the problem I encountered today. I was on a gravel road today, driving slower than a walk, and there was a rock about 6" that got wedged under the exhaust right at the flex pipe after the header. The car died. I crawled under to look and it didn't look bad at all, the stainless wrap was a little torn, and I could see to o2 sensor was touching against engine / tranny. I started the car and backed up to get off rock. I turned the car around and headed home. I noticed right away the check engine light was on. . I had code reader with me and checked codes. also could only drive home in 1st or 2nd. d3 and d4 was like slipping
P1768 A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve circuit
P1607 Powertrain control module internal circuit malfunction
P0108 Map sensor high voltage
P0118 Engine coolant temp
P0123 TPS voltage high
P0113 IAT high voltage
P1498 EGR something.
I didn't know what the codes meant till i got home. did a bit of research and all is leading me to believer ecu is fried. How the heck could i have fried the ecu from the o2 sensor touching the engine, (o2 sensor has no apparent damage).
I tried a few things:
put car on ramps and looked everywhere for pinched wires, cant see anything
disconnected the o2 sensor, no change
disconnect battery 10 min no change
pulled fuse ecu #6 and ecu backup fuse #13, no change
wish it was as easy as going to pull ecu from wrecker, but id have to get my car towed 3 hours to nearest Honda to get it programed because of immobilizer.
Does any one have suggestion on this ****ty situation, or resources for checking pins on ecu.
It is night time now, but first thing I'm going to check for power at the ecu fuse, Im still having trouble that believing that the little rock caused a ecu to fail

Yes, I checked that fuse and the clock/memory fuse.

Not sure if you got this resolved. Use a volt meter or test light to quickly run through all of the fuses. There are several good videos on youtube on how to quickly check fuses.

Try clearing the codes and see which code(s) return to give you some direction. With that many codes, it almost seems like you lost or grounded your 5V reference voltage to those semsors.

So I got the car on ramps and did some digging. I found that the downstream o2 sensor had gotten pushed up against the heatshield and is damaged. I unplugged it and removed it. I then cleared the codes and checked codes again without starting car. P1607, p0118, p0113. So I ordered a new o2 sensor after a trip to the wrecker to discover that the wrecker pulls all the cats and no o2 sensor to be found. Still find it odd that it still has p1607 code after o2 unplugged, and no code for o2 sensor. Also checked iat and ect supply voltage and it was close to 12volt. Still fearing ecu shot, have to wait to see after new o2 sensor installed.
