egr valve replaced, now what?

On a 2000 accord 4 cyl vtec, I have replaced the EGR valve but the check engine light and "insufficiant air flow" code keeps poping up.
what do I check next?

Clean out the egr port.

doyou mean the ones directly under the egr valve? [This engine does not have vacum hose on the egr]

I have clean the ports just under the egr and reset several times

You need to split the top off the intake and clean the port where the red arrow points

Thank you for the diagram!
I was affraid of that, itlooked to bethe most likely spot. I tried to snake it out from the egr valve side but it's to steep of angle.
Any tricks to getting to the back bolts?
