Default Electrial issue

I need electrical assistance. (I do not know what this parts call)
Our Guangzhou Honda (China) builds 04 Accord having small electrial issue.
2 month ago radio / A/C information display dose not lid any more. At night when turn on lights all function buttons does not lid either. Dealer told me it will need replace whole unit and tell me place to get fix.
Speed meter dimmer still works fine so it seems a like not dimmer problem but who knows what.
So what look for or I'm need whole new center consoule now?

There have been warranty extensions for that problem, but I'm not sure if your car is covered.
