Default Electrical issue: starts, but limited electric

All,
i am new to the forum but seeking some help. I have a 2006 Honda Accord VP (sedan) with 130k miles. No known issues to this point, but this morning as I was leaving for work I had a strange electrical issue. as it sits right now, the car will start and runs fine, but here is what is not working:

power windows
shift lock (I can’t put it in gear without over riding it)
wipers
turn signals
backup lights
gages (cluster lights up for about 10 sec, but no gages move)

what is working:
interior lights
radio
HVAC
door locks
headlights
rear running lights
cig lighter

i have looked at fuses, don’t see any blown fuses. The strange part is that the cluster lights up, stays lit for 10 sec and then goes dark. No errors, codes or warning lights. It’s almost like it’s gone into a safe mode. thanks for any suggestions.

I figured it out. Turned out to be a blown fuse for the “meter” aka cluster. The strange part was that it was still lighting up, but not of the gages were working. The crazy other items that quit working sent me down a few rabbit holes.

Once I grabbed a tester, I was able to do a second check on the fuses and found the one tahat was blown.
