Can you give us more details on how you know the bulbs are not working? Did you do any work on your car before you noticed these symptoms?

Thanks for your reply. The bulbs are working. I just grounded the tester and checked them and they lit up. Turns out someone opened the cluster and put electrical tape on the inside so the engine check light and seatbelt light would not show. I biught the car from a dealer in South Carolina and I knew it was in a accident but was willing to do the work on it to get the little issues straighten out. So now I'm getting codes from the SRS light and engine check light., SRS 4-1, 3-3, & 31 turns iut I need to repair or replace the seatbelts
