Default Engine Noise after timing belt change (VIDEO)

Looking for any suggestions, I changed the timing belt and now at 1900 rpm there is a noise that is coming from the engine. Im getting ready to open the timing belt covers but im not sure what to do. I am only guessing that I should take everything apart and start over but I am looking for any advise or ideas that could make this noise?

See following thread for possible solution. If you removed or replaced the tensioner, this could be the problem.

Suggest getting a Honda shop manual to guide your work. If you've done once, you know the problems.

good luck
