Default Engine shake in high gear

I have a 1990 Accord DX with 210K miles on it. Automatic transmission.

I notice a shake from the engine when in high gear, especially at lower speeds (35-45 mph).

The shake disappears if I accelerate strongly, but returns if I let off the gas just enough to maintain speed.

Shaking is felt at higher speeds as well, but not as noticeable, and mostly only when in high gear while cruising (again, disappears when I accelerate).

Any ideas?

Tom H.
