Yea i've been doing some prodding around and i do believe it's the O2 sensor, all the symptoms are there including severely damaged gas mileage. I guess that's next on my to do list, and i've done some read ups on the ABS and from what i heard it's the whole pump that's gone out

 

Well I just replaced the o2 sensor on my 91 accord, its been 2 days and it seemed to fix my problem. Good luck.
