Could someone please tell me the exact name of this part? My mechanic told me I need to replace it and I need the name so I can order it. I went in to Advance Auto and there were several different names, the guy told me I would probably have to go to a dealer to get it. It's not listed on my hood as it is a used hood.

What year car and trim level (e.g., LX, EX, etc.)?

It's an EGR vacuum solenoid. Honda calls it a frequency solenoid valve assembly. Honda part number 36190-P13-003.

Looks like Carquest carries it.
