Default Exhaust Manifold leak? Ticking sound that gets faster with higher rpm

2009 Accord V6 205k miles. Recently bought.

The ticking at idle sounded like other engines I’ve heard so wasn’t concerned about it when purchasing. Noticed now that the ticking gets faster and more pronounced with the engine rpm’s rise. And doesn’t really sound normal to me.

While driving I don’t really notice the ticking sound it’s just when outside the car the ticking sound seems unusual. Tried searching forums but can’t seem to find anything similar to my issue shown in this video. Only found videos of other vehicles that are making the same sound as my Accord. And the issue is an exhaust manifold leak causing the ticking. Does this sound like an exhaust leak somewhere? Some type of other issue?

Hoping someone here has experienced this problem and knows the solution. Any help would be appreciated!

I'd probably remove the serpentine belt and start the engine. If the noise disappears, then something driven by the belt is making noise.

If the noise remains, then I'd listen for noise from the vtc actuator, timing belt, or maybe valves?
