I recently picked up a 95 accord ex automatic came stock with the 2.2 vtech now has a f20b swap its still running the stock ecu and just keeps randomly not starting ive heard i need to run a chipped p23 ecu or something like that any information or a list of things i may need to get it running correctly would help

 

What is happening specifically when the car will not start? Specifically, when you turn the key to start the vehicle, does the starter spin the engine, or does the starter turn on, but the engine not run on its own?
