Can you give us a little more information about your vehicle, like year, make, model, engine, transmission. Also, what is the vehicle information of the donor car, and what parts have you installed into your vehicle?

Probably the easiest way to wire up the engine is to find a 93 wire harness and a 93 ECU.

You'll have to do some homework to use your current planned setup. The one issue I can see is that the 98 accord is OBD2 and the 93 engine is OBD1, so you may be missing some sensors. I'm also not sure how efficiently the 98 PCM will run a 93 accord engine.

You may be better off using a 96/97 DX manual accord PCM, because the wire harness will be obd2 and the 96/97 is mapped for a 2.2L (f22 series) engine.

Also, there's a difference in the injectors, as the 93 uses a resistor pack, while the 98 doesn't. Also like PA said you might need to do an ECU change, and swap some sensors.
