Default F22B1 Swap

I am wanting to get a little information. I am looking at doing a replace of my current f22b1. I believe I have some piston slap going on and want to get a different f22b1 lower end to rebuild to swap out the current. Will any F22b1 block swap into my '97 Vtec? I will use the current head that is on the current block. Thanks for any information!

Yes any F22b1 or F22b2 block will work(The blocks are identical, its just the heads that differ between the b2 and b1).
