F22B1 swap too H22....help!
here we go! i have a 96 honda accord 4dr ex 2.2L vtec engine (f22b1) and im looking to put a lil gitty up in what i like to call me grocery getter! ive done countless hours of research and from what i am understanding is this H22 motor is byfar the best motor to go N/A for the most hp. do you agree? now from there my problem would be tranni. would my current stock tranni bolt right up to the h22? and how extensive would this swap be? would i just be looking at a few minor adjustments or would it be a pain such as a new ecu and all that non sense. i am new to the honda motors i am used to real wheel N/A power such as chevrolet, so i am a lil lost but everyone i have talked to says these motors are fairly universeal and quite easy to work on. im just looking for a few key points to help make the best decision. i appreciate your time and thoughts!

There is a lot of information on the H22 swap for the 94-97 accord. You will need an ECU for the H22 engine. You may need an ECU from a 96 prelude, since it is OBD2 as well.
There is some modifications that need to be done. I think that the drivers side motor mount is not the same between the F22B1 and the H22 engine. Some wiring needs to be modified.
What transmission do you have on your car now (automatic or manual)?
