Exclamation F22B2 help

Hey guys, i've got a 1996 Accord LX with an F22B2 non-V-tec, and i've sourced an H23A1 non-V-tec out of a 95 Prelude. So my question is, what sort of wiring problems will i encounter? I know my car is Obd 2, so i know i wil have to swap out the ecu. If anyone has done this swap, please give me some insight so i'll know what direction i need to go. My car is a manual with crank angle sensor located at bottom of motor.

The f22 to H22 is more common, because you will get 200 HP with the H22 compared to 160 HP with the H23. There is a lot of information on the swap out there.

You may be able to use a 96 prelude ECU that is OBD2, if the 95 engine is the same as the 96. I don't know what subtle differences came when the prelude went to OBD2, other than having a second O2 sensor on the catalytic converter for emissions. On the accord, two of the sensors in the distributor were moved to under the timing belt. Not sure of the changes on the prelude.

I have a 1996 F22B1 engine i pulled out of an accord last weekend, and i pulled the entire wiring harness and ecu out of that car. Looking at the harness, what wires do i need to pull apart to make work in my 96 Accord with the F22B2? I don't see where if there is a separate connector for the ecu, as everything is taped up in one bulk. Anybody out there who has done this swap, please give me some insight to go about this.

it should bolt straight up. just swap ecu's. i wouldnt think you would have to swap harnesses, if both are 96-97 engines

Default f22b2 to f22a1

Sourced an f22a1 out of a 1993 Accord. Runs like a sewing machine, has just over 100,000 miles. Wanting to put in my 1996 Accord LX, but i'm not sure of the wiring situation, as my car is obd2 and this motor is set up for obd1. Has anyone done this swap before? Both cars are 5-speeds, will an f22b2 manual bolt straight to up to a f22a1? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
