Default F23 power steering pump mount question

Was the PS pump belt adjustment bolt/hardware eliminated on F23s? I'd like to retain the aluminum PS pump bracket on my F22-to-F23 swap and it looks like the F23 dispensed with the adjustment hardware. The top bolt hole is blind:

I'm guessing that the F23 PS belt is adjusted the old fashioned way, pry up on the pump to tighten the belt, but I'd like confirmation. If it's true then I'll just have to take the line off to remove the F22 adjustment bolt/hardware and replace it with a plain 8mm bolt.

Thanks.

Found a pic of an F23A1 on the web and cropped/enlarged the PS pump:

Looks like the adjusting hardware was eliminated on F23s, just a pivot and slot. Going to give it a try.
