my 2000 accord when i first step on the gas from gear 1-4 it makes a slight buzzing noise while i have the gas pressed down driving the speed limit. do u guys no what that might be and have u heard of this problem before?

OPEN THE HOOD
Start the engine with the car in park, then reach in and open the throttle to bring the RPM up to around 2K.
Now you can listen to see where the noise is coming from.
Such as under the motor, the front side of the motor, the transmission area??
Give us a bone to gnaw on here.............
