I have a 2003 EX with manual HVAC. The fan-speed **** glows red at night, in contrast to the white backlighting on every other control. Dealer says the whole system has to be swapped, but that would make it impossible to have been changed to red in the first place. Is it possible to make that **** glow white? It drives me CRAZY!

 

You should be able to. Pull the **** off and look at it. The earlier accords have a small blue insert that sits behind the ****. If your's is the same, you should be able to just pull it out and it'll glow white. Hope that helps!
