Fast/turbulent idle!

In the summer time, the engine would either idle very fast (>1000 RPM) or it would have a turbulent idle, meaning that it goes up and down between 500 and 1000 RPM.
The weird thing is that in the fall/winter time, the idle is flawless. In the summertime, especially after highway or long city driving, this idling problem occurs!
Everything is stock.

yes i wonder about that my self -
I think there was a recall or may be just a replacement of a temperature sensor. You have to double check it with the dealer - if the sensor is green in color i think they replace it with grey or white part , not sure.
I have something similar - it does flunctuate between 700 - 450 depending on the weather - but it's normal , have you done the idle speed ajustement?
