So today was the day.I ran into my first problem on my accord. My car wouldn't start today after work, so i immediately proceeded to check the battery,starter,wires...etc.. everything ok. Then i sprayed some starter fluid into my throttle body.Started but trickled down to a horrible shut off. So with a little quick thinking and a co worker helping me out i looked under my steering wheel to locate a bad fuse, and....... turns out that the problem was the Main Relay. Sadly had to spend around 35 bucks to order a new one, which wont be here until the morning.Car drives normal now after tapping the relay a few times. But still going to replace it.

Anyone ever had to replace the main their relay ?

 

Common problem... Lots of people have re-melted the cracked solder joints on the circuit board of the main relay.

 

Popped in the new one today.. simple job...
