1990 Honda accord LX Automatic

I need a FITV housing for my 90 accord The pipe connecting to the hose on the outer housing dome rusted out and broke. Can I use a 95 civic FITV as replacement? One is available on ebay.

 

I highly doubt it. only h/f series have interchangeable parts each other

 

look up the honda part number for both the civic and the accord. If they have the same number, then you can swap them.

 

are the part numbers available online somewhere?

 

Sometimes the guy at the dealer parts counter will tell you, especially if there's not 12 people standing in line when you call.

I don't remember which on-line parts place uses the actual Honda part number. Majestic Honda seems to have their own numbering scheme. I think even if they are interchangable they'll have different numbers on their site.
