Default Front plate bracket on '96 Accord

My '96 Accord does not have a front license plate bracket, and I'd like to install one, but I have no idea how to go about finding the bracket or actually installing it. Do I need to actually drill into the bumper or what?

a local junkyard will be your best bet, you can probably get one there for $5 or less. You can also get one from any honda dealership, but the price will probably be $20 or more.

You do not have to drill holes for the front bumper license plate bracket if you get a honda bracket. Its is #6 in the picture below.

There are two plastic tabs that are hidden on the plastic bumper. You get a clip with a stationary nut, slide it over the tab, then bolt into that. Its hard to describe, but simple to do once you take a close look at it.
