Default Front Swaybar bushing replacement

I have a 2004 Accord EX I need to replace the bushings on the front swaybar. I cant figure out how to get the bolt out of the back side of the retainer. The front bolt came off no problem. There is no room to get a wrench or a socket on the back side. These bushings sit on top of the frame. searched this sight and only found older models. Is there a special tool that is needed or do I have to take apart the front end?
Thanks for your help!!

I did see that video. My stabilizer links are fine. I need to replace the bushings that wrap around the bar itself. My bushings are on top of the subframe. The issue is the bolt on the rear of the bracket that holds the bushing on the frame is impossibe to get any wrech or socket on. It appears that the subframe has to be lowered to gain access. I cant find any info on lowering the subframe.
Thanks for the reply though!!

You have a completely different setup than my car, but I know on mine I have to remove the links to get to my sway bar frame bushings as they will not be able to be removed and replaced without removing the links because I have to be able to move the sway bar to get them off. That may or may not be an option for you.
