Default Frozen Rear Toe in Adj Bolt

I have been working the front suspension and alignment of my daughters 94 accord ex coupe. The tires on the left were cupping on the outside. I found upper and lower ball joints very loose, as were the outer tie rod ends. So, I just went to town. Replaced the upper control arms, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends. I put on new rotors too. The Bearings were fine. When I got the car a 4 wheel alignment, the right rear toe in was rusted/frozen and not adjusted.
As I look at the service manual, the adjustment is done via an adjusting bolt in the lower control arm "A". I can free up the nut. The bolt, however, is a pisser! Lots of penatrating oil, impact wrench and hammers, breaker bars. Any ideas would be appreciated. How about a torch to heat up the bolt housing and/or the ends of the control arm?

Had the same thing on my 95, just the other side. To be safe I got a new bolt from an alignment company (Bear, Specialty..dealer...can't remember) and gald I did. Had to hammer it out and replace with the new one. Meaning it would not rotate/spin so I beat the snot out of it, which broke the rust and messed us the threads. Greased the new one (anti-seize or grease) been going for ~3 years. Not sure if this really helps but an idea to think about.

Thanks. I had checked at the dealer, a new adjusting bolt goes for about $15 bucks. However I get it out I will replace it and use some type of anti seize lube on it. Today- a bigger breaker bar.
