I would start with testing the "inputs" to the main relay......lack of or poor ground connection, ect.....

Are you referring to something like this: NO START HONDA PGM-FI MAIN RELAY TEST - YouTube ?

Thanks!

Yes, something like that but a little more involved....Have you downloaded the manual form the Common DIY Threads sticky at the top?

Two things, please add your car info to your signature line.

Second, for this the 94 manual will work fine.

It will go something like this.....pic of the wire side is on the manual

Pin 3-blk- ground with key off
Pin 7-WHT/GRN- 12v with key off
Pin 5- RED/WHT- 12v key on
Pin 2- BLU/RED- 12v key on
The rest get into the signals from and two the ECU and the other pins on the main relay.

Josh has not been on this board for 3 months.

Sadly new most members join to solve a problem, once the problem is solved they do not come back or even let us know that the problem was solved.

There are some testing procedures listed in this thread. Based upon your description, I would focus on the main relay.

Arrow Fuel pump delay

Thanks guys for responding.....we have replaced the fuel pump and the relay with new quality parts....i guess its possible that the new relay is defective...we still have the old one so we will re-solder the connections on it and reinstall it. I will definitely post the results.

Again, testing is going to be needed. Replacing on a guess gets expensive.

First question, are you sure it is a lack of fuel?
