Unable to use keyless entry, hear clicking noise from fuse box under hood, initially heard same noise from steering column, dashboard light flickers, overhead interior lights come on but dim.....and nothing happens when I turn the key. When I close door and manually lock from outside, the dashboard flickering stops.

Fuse issue? If so...which one would I change?

Oh yeah...Its a 2006 Accord LX V6....
