I noticed a few weeks back that my glove box light stays on even when the door is closed. I can see the light shining thru the crack in the door. I made sure the door is closed all the way but the light is still on. is this normal?

 

I spent many hours trying to see if my refrigerator light went off when the door is closed, then I bought an 03 Accord! Yes, mine stays on too. Without going out to look, I think it stays on with the headlights on, if I remember correctly. Maybe I'll go out and see if it goes out, for hours of entertainment.

The glove box light should go out, both my 95 and 99 did. Open the glovebox and look for a plunger on the sides or near the latch. Press it, it should turn off.

 

I have the same issue with my 07 sedan. I plan to check into it and will post my findings, with pix if necessary.
