ground issue on 98 accord

ground issue on 98 accord

I have a 98 Honda Accord ex 3.0 and on the passenger side under the hood I have a ground that's about 12 inches long that's not connected. It's connected to the frame but other end is just loose. Help

Can you post a picture? Is the loose end exposed wire or an eyelet? Also, try to route the ground to various locations it can reach to see if the other end has an obvious location.
