H22 in 93 accord ECU help
Its an OBD1 accord with the blinking CEL I check the codes by jumping the clip on passenger side. It goes off when clips are unplugged i.e. ( VSS) and Im assuming when there is a problem.
Its an OBD1 computer with an OBD1 motor in an OBD1 car. Not sure this distributor is equipped with an internal crank position sensor. While im down there ill qrease up the ignitor contacts

You probably got a lot going on with this swap. What I would suggest is grabbing another harness from a car at the junkyard and then looking up "axidworks" and having them send you a vtec kit complete with a (vtec pressure switch connector, vtec solenoid connector, iab connector, and knock sensor connector) and swapping it all back in. All you do is open up the back of the ecu connectors and slide the pins in and then close it and it's that easy plugging in the new pins to your existing ecu connectors. With the auto to manual swap it's likely he did a hack job on the wiring.
So basically just start from scratch. Also, it would be wise to just get a p13 ecu so you know that gsr ecu isn't junk or perhaps just got a bad map/program.
With it throwing a vss code it's possible you got something going on with the auto to manual swap but you will know when you get a new harness in there.

Also, it may be you got some of the vacuum lines wrong so just make sure to doublecheck to make sure your vacuum lines are legit.
For the iab, I had to basically tap into the yellow/black wire at the iacv connector/wiring.
I know your car had an existing iab connector but if you pull one from the junkyard from one with one you will need to use the tap supplied in the kit axidworks sends you.
There is a rubber plug you pop out in the chassis behind the tranny in the firewall where you can run the new wires.

This H22 has iabs? And knock sensor? Arent those the butterfly secondaries? Do i get a manual accord cb7 harness or a H22a harness? Will def check them out.
At PA honda I will snap another photo now
All eight on the large and the two on the smaller clip have wires exiting them that go into the harness
Then your crank angle sensor is likely connected to the ECU.
Keep thinking this was OBD2, so ignore my scanner comments.
You mentioned the car bogs with the Apexi controller harness. What is that controller doing?
