h22 running rich
hey whats up guys im new to this forum i decided to post here and see if i can get any help i bought a 95 accord with an h22 swap already in for a great price the guy told me it had the main seals busted the guy started to take it apart i put the car back together crank it and it rained oil turned out it was the oil coolant o-ring only cost me like 4 bucks to replace so that made it even a better deal i get the car on the road and instantly started to notice that this car waste as much gas as my 80 vette the car runs great but it runs rich i can c some black smoke come out the exhaust when revved im running a p13 ecu an obd1 distributor i have cheked all my vacums i went under the car and found the o2 sensor plug melted from sitting on top of the exhaust i thought i had found the problem fixed it and it runs the same
am i supposed to have 2 o2 sensors? right beside the o2 sensor there is another o2 sensor with the wires cutt off just used as a plug i figured this was from the obd2 h22 and is no longer needed but do i actually need it? if the anwser is yes that could be a big lead to my problem
any idea to what this could cause this? any help will be greatly appreciated thanks for reading

Can you post the first 7 or 8 digits of your VIN? It is on a metal plate on the drivers side of the dash. You can see it by looking through the windshield from outside of the car.
The stock 95 exhaust should only one O2 sensor. What year did the H22 engine come from?
