Default H22A Accord

Hey ya'll I have this 97 Honda Accord with an H22A swap. I recently moved the fuse box around and ended up burning my computer out. I just got a new one and an OBD2 to OBD1 wire harness. Now that I try to turn the car on there is no electricity going to the spark plugs. I already checked all the wires and the car sounds like it's going to turn on, but doesn't. I have made tons of research but no luck. Does anyone now what wire does the dizzy haze to have electricity? Thanks in advance.

The blk/yel wire on the accord wiring harness has 12V when the key is in the II position.
