Harn & brake light problem

Unhappy Harn & brake light problem

I need a help
I have a problem , I have Honda Accord 1992 EX (4 doors)
when I press brake the harn will start and when I move my foot from brake the harn will not work
even when I the harn start but not good
and the brake light broke down.
I have checked with all fues every thing is good except one fues I think for harn keep Blowning and when I repace it, nothing change
I found relays become hot(I think overheating) I am not sure and I replace them , nothing change(I replace relays in the top under hood), but relays inside the car I did not touch them

even the right front head light does not work also
what is the problem
I need a help?

Is this an American Car or a Saudi Car?
Right hand Drive or Left Hand Drive?

yes , my car is a Saudi Car
it is Left Hand Drive same as USA Cars

without SRS
With Air Conditioner
Automatic transmission
Sedan(4 doors)
and I think the car has same as USA wiring diagrams

This could be difficult...

Whenever I see things that are NOT SUPPOSED to be related, all screwed up at the same time, the first thing comes to mind is bad grounds. Ground wires are scattered around the car, bolted to the metal of the car. Look for some that are loose, dirty, corroded, pulling apart, or something like that.
