Smile Hazard & Indicator light malfunctioning

Hey Guys and Girls, I've got a very hard situation with my 2003 Honda Accord Euro, so within the last 1 - 2 Months my Hazard lights and Indicators have been coming on while driving and flashing and sometimes solidly coming on on one side, and also ive got a infotainment system i don't know if its factory but it could once control the radio and heater controls and everything but its just blank except for when it comes up with the reverse camera, and i've got an alarm system that goes off periodically, and it all happened once when my car battery went flat. Thank you all for the help in advanced, please help me!!!

Sorry they also stay on sometimes when the cars off but go off when you lock the vehicle. I did some investigating and there is a red wire connected to fuse in slot 8 ( door locks ) will this maybe cause the problem? this has never happened since ive had the car also...

I'd have the battery and alternator tested, since this happened after a dead battery. Why did the battery get drained?

Is the hazard switch a separate switch on the 2015 Accord?
