On my 2000 Accord V6, The climate control dial goes to 32degrees celicus, When selecting 32 its very hot. But when selecting 31 the heat valve closes completely and there is no heat coming into the passenger compartment.

Does anybody have any ideas?

 

There is a motor that actuates the blend door and controls temperature. This motor could be defective. Diagnostics of these systems is pretty complex and an Accord shop manual for your model is necessary for any serious investigation of the problem.
