Heater blowing cool air on one side ?

Change the direction of the air (floor / dash / etc) to see if you can hear the motors running (pretty quiet) and moving the air-direction doors. Done any work in the dashboard where you might have inadvertently unplugged some wiring?

Jim,Does that set up run off vacuum lines? I dont know how the car is built, but on other cars I have repaired, sometimes the problem was a busted or cracked vacuum line somewhere, preventing the doors from moving into the correct position.

Those are electric motors. Older Accords probably used vacuum-motors, like most cars did back then. Don't know when they changed, but I had a 1998 & pretty sure it had electric motors.
Low anti-freeze can do it, but to be sure, check anti-freeze level in the actual radiator. There's a few reasons why the radiator can be low while the reservoir is full.

Normal. You can add some to the reservoir knowing that the actual radiator is full.
If you squeeze the radiator hoses (cold engine & radiator cap closed), usually you can feel & hear whether there's any air in there. There should be no sloshing sounds.
After opening the radiator cap, usually takes 1 or 2 drives to work the little air bubbles out to the reservoir. If the radiator were low so you needed to add some, there's a bleeder valve at the thermostat where you can release trapped air. Hondas do not like any air in the cooling system.
