Already cleaned out the VSS part. Still the problem exists.. I'm following step by step from the link above. Not really sure which fuse it's describing. Where is the fuse loacted within the dash..

 

The only fuse I can think of would be for the ECU.

What readings did you get from the VSS?

EDIT/PS: The VSS is almost right under the inlet to the tb, look straight down at the top of the trans....a three wire connection.

Thanks for all your help ! So I bought the part and changed out the old speed sensor! Now the speedometer works and the D4 ISN'T blinking anymore.. you guys are a big help!

Glad you got it....almost funny here but my 95 started acting up yesterday.....guess what I will be doing this weekend I'm getting a new vss tomorrow.
