Default Help! Car won't start!

I have a 2000 Accord EX 4 cylinder sedan. It has ~56K miles. When I turn on the key, it just ticks. Starter motor does not turn over.
I checked the battery and it is fully charged. I checked the fuses and all of them are fine (not blown). The only things I noticed are the CD player/radio doesn't work (won't turn on) and the horn is weaker (does not sound normal). Checked all the wirings (that I can see) battery, groundings, etc and all seemed fine. Am I looking for a new starter motor? What can it be? Please help!!

Thanks in advance guys!

I don't know, it sounds like your battery is weak. Did you test it for voltage? If it checks out at 12 volts I'm thinking it just doesn't have enough amps to get things moving. When your horn and CD player won't work, I don't think it's your starter.

Hey mbo1985, THANKS! for the quick reply. Really appreciated!

I called a buddy and he helped me look over the wirings and turns out the negative ground was loose. Tightened it up and the Accord is good to go again. I am happy again!

Cheers!
